“My stay at 701 Sunset was awesome. The house is beautiful and the location is excellent. The house has all of the amenities you'd want in Venice: fully stocked kitchen, grill, hot tub, multiple common spaces, ping pong table, parking spaces, washer/dryer and large bedrooms with desks. I'd give this house 5/5 stars. Thank you!”

“My friends and I had a wonderful at the Sunset Beach House. It's in a great location, only a few minutes from Whole Foods and several coffee shops and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The house was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Aaron was super responsive and helpful -- we look forward to staying with him again!”
